What areas are covered by Partners in Success Plus?
Building on the foundations of Partners in Success, the following key areas are covered by the programme and form the basis for assessment and improvement activities:

How does it work?
Partners in Success Plus features a step-by-step self-assessment process to support continuos business improvement, fully facilitated by a Tourism Business Advisor and supported by a range of activities. It will involve the owner/manager in a smaller business, or in larger organisations the 'Top Teams' may be involved in the following process:
- Introduction, to set the scene and agree objectives
- Self-assessment scoring using the
- Consensus and prioritisation of 'Areas For Improvement'
- 'SMART' action planning
- Improvement activity
Participating businesses will receive a print out of their overall benchmark scores for each of the areas covered by the programme, as well as a copy of the agreed action plan. Upon completion the business will receive a Partners in Success Plus certificate.
What support is available?
The most appropriate support to reflect your action plan will be discusses with your Tourism Business Advisor. All participants will receive a copy of the Partners in Success Plus pack which provides practical information and best practice examples on the areas covered by the programme.
