Partners in Success is an accreditation and improvement programme designed to encourage and help service sector businesses of all sizes to adopt good employment and business development practices.
Partners in Success accreditation is based on a code of practice, with which businesses are committed to comply. This code covers areas important to both employers and employees at all levels including casual and seasonal staff. Accredited Partners in Success businesses.
Partners in Success Plus
This exciting programme builds upon what has been achieved by Partners in Success, and moves from a 'compliance' to a 'continuos improvement' ethos. It is not a pass or fail system, rather a continuous journey. It is designed to help businesses of all sizes work towards business excellence.
The programme is broadly based on the EFQM Excellence Model, and enables service sector organisations to access a whole new range of business development and management-training opportunities, designed to help them achieve business excellence.
