TIC Conference

Thrive: Informed Change for sustainable information servicestook place at the South Lodge Hotel, WestSussex on 23 April 2007. TIC Managers and Tourism Officers were informed on the changing world of visitor information provision, delegates heard from a number of experts on the day offering both a regional and broader national persepective.

Internationally-famed athlete and motivational speaker Roger Black provided a unique inspiring perspective on management, personal and team performance and aiming for world-class customer service.
