Staging the Games - Nations and Regions Group
The London Organising Committee of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games is responsible for the preparation and staging of the 2012 Games.
Led by Seb Coe (Chair) and Paul Deighton (Chief Executive), it has a clear and simple vision: "To stage inspirational Olympic Games and Paralympic Games that capture the imagination of young people around the world and leave a lasting legacy."
Nations & Regions Group was established in Nov 2005 and is led by SEEDA and Sport England South East. They are working to maximise the benefit to the region.
