Health and Safety
One of the principle areas of regulation to be considered by anyone running a business of any nature is that of health and safety.
As the person who controls the premises, you are liable for the safety of everyone who enters the premises. You have a 'duty of care' to guests and other visitors and are required to ensure the safety of persons on the premises for the purpose of the service that you offer.
